Jamul Community Church engages in Missions

Jamul Community Church begins its Missions Week on February 27. Brooks Buser of Radius Int’l will grace the church with his presence as Missions Week 2022 commences.

Missions Week 2022

On Facebook, Jamul Community Church announces Missions Week 2022. Furthermore, it encourages everyone to join this activity beginning February 27. The church also asks its members to pray to God to be lifted high in the coming days as they start Missions Week.

The event will start with the All for One talk by Brooks Buser of Radius International. He will discuss the role of "senders" in missions. Additionally, Mr. Buser will deliver his talk at both services on Sunday, 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.

Jamul Community Church encourages its people to come and be inspired and challenged.

About Brooks Bruser, Radius International

According to The Gospel Coalition, he is the president of Radius International. This organization is aimed at providing missionaries with pre-mission field training.

Meanwhile, as per the Radius International website, Brooks and Nina, his wife, planted a church among the Yembiyembi people in Papua New Guinea. Then, in 2016 the couple returned to San Diego. Brooks teaches at Radius while overseeing the organization's work.

He also travels to spread the word about the necessity of training missionaries before they are sent off to their destinations. According to Reliant, Ministry Growth Show, Radius trains missionaries to equip them to reach the unreached people groups. In a March 2020 episode, Brooks shared the various discipleship-making strategies.

He also talked about the importance of language in missions. As the Radius International web page shared, partnering with the evangelical community is among its core values. Radius is obediently fulfilling the Great Commission; it reaches all language groups with the Gospel of the entire Church.

Radius International treats this as its responsibility. It invites all churches with the evangelical community to train their cross-cultural church planters at Radius International.

Men's 2022 Retreat Returns

Jamul Community Church announced the return of Men's Retreat after three years on its Facebook. It will be on March 25 – 27 at Rough Acres in Boulevard. The church encourages men to sign up for this activity. The Lord wants to move in these men's lives and fellowship through this retreat, according to the church.

Women's Bible Study

Jamul Community Church started its Women's Bible Study last February 8. The group dives into Turning Your Hearts Towards God by Kay Arthur. It invites all women, including newcomers, to this opportunity of growing their faith in Christ.

Women's Bible Study happens every Tuesday from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. at Jamul Drive Campus.

Jamul Community Church

This faith community is located at 14058 Jamul Dr. Jamul Community Church is a non – denominational church. Its Facebook account introduces it as having expository teaching, good worship, and a strong community.

As per its website, Sunday services happen at 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Gray Musser is the Senior Pastor. He joined the church in 1987 and became the Lead Pastor in 1990. Before becoming the Lead Pastor, he had almost 20 years of experience as a youth pastor in several churches.

Gray Musser leads this community of believers with a team of pastors, including Danny Long, Byron Musser, Ryan Murphy, Colle Loftis, and staff.
