According to its website, Youth with a Mission or YWAM is a global movement full of young people driven by a passion for knowing the Lord and making Him known. Moreover, Youth with a Mission is a worldwide movement of Christians from various age groups, Christian traditions, and cultures dedicated to serving Christ across the globe.
This movement began in 1960. Its priority was to help Youth get engaged in missions. YWAM is still focusing on Youth and has included people of all ages. It currently has tens of thousands of staff from almost every country, including Nepal, Mozambique, Colombia, and Indonesia.
