Eleanor Daley's requiem and works by Hogan, Dawson, Moore, Vaughan Williams, Parry, and Paulson
The San Francisco bay area chamber choir presents a concert reflecting upon loss, rest, and peace in remembrance. Particularly as we enter our third full year of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have experienced loss in so many ways as a community. In memory gives us pause and reflection, confronting our grief and pain with the music of hope and consolation—Eleanor Daley's haunting and mournful Cappella requiem anchors the program with spirituals and part songs.
