Maintain office machines including the copier and computer.
Order and maintain general supplies for church office, kitchen, and parish hall.
Distribute church office mail.
Order supplies, including office, kitchen, and janitorial supplies.
Manage and maintain the office filing system.
Manage and maintain the office computer.
Work with the parish staff and volunteers to produce mailings.
Perform other duties necessary for the smooth operation of the church office as assigned.

Excellent interpersonal skills.
Maturity of judgment and emotions.
Dependable, punctual, and organized.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Self-motivated.
Demonstrate a high level of trust and have the ability to protect the reputation and integrity of others through strict confidentiality.

Professional/Technical Skill Requirements:
Experience in a church office environment preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications, especially
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency with Publisher is a must.
Demonstrated proficiency and experience with church membership database software (Realm) is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
