First Presbyterian Church San Anselmo – an inclusive, justice-minded faith community – seeks a collaborative, welcoming Communications and Office Administrator. This position supports the church’s life in community by (1) coordinating and administering communications and communication platforms; (2) administering the church office (including reservation of church facilities); and (3) providing effective and welcoming communication with congregational members and all who interact with the church. Applicants should be familiar with Constant Contact or MailChimp email platforms; Google Suite and Drive; and Servant Keeper or other Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Must also have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with a variety of people in a professional and welcoming manner.
