Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, ability to read computer screens, and ability to see clearly enough to drive a golf cart for tours
Responsibilities
•
CCCM will be engaging in the mission of God to reach those who are far from God and his kingdom by engaging in spiritual formation, practicing the way of Jesus through the spiritual disciplines in community and putting the life of Jesus and the community of the spirit on display through non-threatening exposures to the Jesus community
•
The Director of Admissions and Recruitment is responsible for the recruitment and admissions strategy of Calvary Chapel Bible College
•
This includes working with the College President, Deans, and board on crafting strategy and vision for recruitment that will be carried out by admissions counselors and the marketing team
•
It also includes overseeing the administration of the application process, helping individuals move from prospective students to integrated members of CCBC as seamlessly as possible
•
In doing so, this position takes responsibility of all outside communication on behalf of CCBC, particularly as it regards marketing, recruitment, and advancement and To strengthen the Body of Christ, through the light of Gods Word, for service in the world
•
The ideal candidate will be a minister of the Gospel in this position and will have a strong relationship with Jesus Christ
•
Their relationship with Christ will be an example to those they come into contact with
•

Manage all aspects of the admissions process from inquiry and lead generation to enrollment
•
Utilize strong organizational, verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail
•
Ability to effectively work with CRM/LMS Platform technical literacy
•
Work with college leadership to create strategy and vision in line with CCBC goals for the recruitment of mission-fit students
•
Oversee the operations of admissions department staff to make sure the strategy and vision are being carried out effectively and efficiently
•
Ensure that all marketing communication falls in line with CCBC vision and goals by providing the marketing team with needed strategies for social media and print campaigns
•
Work with college leadership to develop, implement and track enrollment goals and projections
•
Work with college leadership to develop, implement, and review admissions policies and procedures to ensure consistency with college mission, vision and goals, fairness, and consistency within the process
•
Oversee and participate in the evaluation of admissions applications and actively participate in the admissions committee
•
Coordinate, be present and promote the college at a variety of recruitment, promotional and community events
•
Provide admissions counseling to prospective students
•
Support, train, and manage admissions counselors and/or recruiting and admissions specialists and any interns or student volunteers within the admissions department
•
Keep the Dean of Student Services informed of regular business and needs as they arise
•
Stay up to date on effective recruiting strategies and implement appropriate, approved ones
•
Provide reports on active recruitment of students for in person and online programs
•
Reports to the Dean of Student Services
•
Oversees and works in harmony with the Admissions team to process student applications
•
Is accessible and responsive to faculty, staff, and students
•
Works in harmony with the staff of the Student Services Department, Registrars Office and Online Learning to support student retention and learning outcomes
•
The employee frequently is required to sit for deskwork, walk at times for tours, and type for email correspondence
