Full Job Description
St. Patrick Catholic Church has an opening for a full-time Director of Faith Formation. The position is responsible for the implementation of all parish religious education curricula. and for developing comprehensive adult faith formation opportunities. Professional qualifications: a degree in Theology or related field is strongly encouraged; previous experience in Catholic faith formation or youth ministry is desired; knowledge of technology and social media is preferred; must successfully pass required background and fingerprint check. The position includes training and overseeing volunteer catechists, and working with children and families in the faith formation and sacrament preparation process. The Director of Faith Formation works closely with the pastor to develop curricula and implement the program. The ideal candidate has a strong Catholic faith, enjoys working with children and adults, and has excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
