understands and is experienced working within an Asian culture
We seek a pastor specially gifted as a:
Preacher - share Scripture messages in an inspiring, relatable manner with applications relevant to daily living leading the congregation to spiritual transformation
Shepherd - engage with the congregation, nurturing and caring for their spiritual health
Visionary - partner with the leadership and congregation under sound Biblical teaching to develop and implement a vision to advance the kingdom of God both locally and globally
We prefer a pastor with previous experience in other areas of pastoral ministry, including but not limited to:
Administration
Counseling
Discipleship and Small Groups
Evangelism
Teaching
We desire a pastor who:
is a seminary graduate (M. Div. or equivalent)
has five or more years of pastoral experience
