Entire Gospel Church of S.F. is searching for a full-time English-speaking pastor to lead English ministry, oversee the education department, and has the heart for Christian school ministry. We are seeking a “leader” who the Holy Spirit drives.
Responsibilities: Lead EM Ministry, train and equip members to be lovers of Jesus Christ through small groups, bible classes, discipleship training, serving the homeless, and participating in mission trips; oversea, train and equip teachers, associate pastors, and other leaders for college and youth ministry. Be a key member of our Christian School staff and board. The position is expected to partner with Senior Pastors, Elders, and Ordained deacons to shepherd the members, and lead critical initiatives and ministry-related programs.
Qualifications: Master of Divinity degree from an accredited seminary, minimum three years as lead or associate leader of E.M. pastor, experience working with adults and families, youth, and Christian school programs.
Candidate must be fluent in English – the ability to speak and understand Korean is a plus (not mandatory)
