Full Gospel Church of S.F. is searching for a full time english speaking pastor to lead english ministry, oversee education department, and has the heart for Christian school ministry. We are seeking a “leader” who is driven by the Holy Spirit.
Responsibilities: Lead EM Ministry, train and equip members to be lovers of Jesus Christ, through small groups, bible classes, discipleship training, serving the homeless, and participating in mission trips; oversea, train, and equip teachers, associate pastors, and other leaders for college and youth ministry. Be a key member of our Christian School staff and board. Position is expected to partner with Senior Pastor, Elders and Ordained deacons to shepherd the members, lead key initiatives and ministry related programs.
Qualifications: Master of Divinity degree from an accredited seminary, minimum 3 years as lead or associate leader of EM pastor, experience working with adults and families, youth, Christian school programs.
Candidate must be fluent in English – ability to speak and understand Korean is a plus (not mandatory)
