The Finance/Office Manager (FOM) is responsible for undertaking the clerical, administrative, and communication aspects of the church office as well as the financial bookkeeping for the church. The FOM is responsible for all aspects of running the front office, including general reception duties, record keeping, and correspondence as well as supporting a small ministry staff as needed. The FOM oversees and inputs financial information into the church's account books. This includes tracking donations and expenses, payroll, and producing financial reports.

Skills: Proficiency in Quickbooks, MS Word, Excel (basic), and Google docs required. Previous bookkeeping employment required. Previous experience with payroll a plus.

This is a non-exempt salaried position for 30 hours per week. Schedule to be determined
