Sleepy Hollow Presbyterian Church is a vibrant, growing destination known for its fine music and liturgy, great preaching, and commitment to outreach. We are looking for an individual to direct our livestream ministry one or two Sunday mornings and on special occasions. This is a shared position and we are looking to get someone in place and trained before mid-March.
Reliability is very important. The livestream specialist will work closely with staff and volunteers at Sleepy Hollow Presbyterian Church. The ideal candidate for this role will possess experience operating A/V equipment and running livestreams as well as some knowledge of the church or a demonstrated willingness to learn about the church. The role is intended to be 2 hours each Sunday, with possible overtime and video editing projects throughout the year.
Responsibilities: Capture Sunday services (9:30-10:30a) via livestreaming platform; Record (video and audio) worship services for our internet broadcasts; Direct management of A/V quality during worship services and other major events.
Requirements: Familiarity with tech platforms and equipment; Proven video editing skills and experience with editing software; Must demonstrate professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with team members and parishioners.
