OverviewThe role of the Mother's Morning Out (MMO) coordinator is to provide a safe and fun learning environment for children ages 18 months to 2 years 8 months. Childcare will be offered once weekly on Wednesday mornings for local moms to enjoy a morning off from their parental duties. You will help prepare and execute lesson plans and work closely to hire and manage caregivers and volunteer staff. Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and register families with children ages 18 months - 2 years 8 months into the program.
- Manage Mother's Morning Out budget.
- Manage family files and paperwork.
- Train, support and schedule teaching staff.
- Curate and execute curriculum.
- Create and communicate marketing materials.
- Work with the Director of Children's Ministry and Director of Preschool to create a program that is developmentally appropriate and enriching.
- Support the Director of Children's Ministry and Children's Ministry Coordinator as needed.

Desired Background and Skill Set
- 1-3 years of experience working with families and/or children.
- Organized, self-starter, team player, great interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
- Experience with Google Suite and Canva is a plus.
