POSITION: Operations Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Central Services REPORTS TO: HR/Operations Director CLASSIFICATION: S3; Full-Time; Non-Exempt

PRINCIPLE's objective is to support the mission and goals of PCC; the Operations Coordinator will maintain efficient and smooth operation of Peninsula Covenant Church activities and facilities.
PRINCIPLE WORKING RELATIONSHIPThis position reports to the HR/Operations Director. The place interacts with all PCC Department leaders, administrators, coordinators, facilities staff, custodians, and ministry partners. In addition, this position is in direct communication with PCC’s various insurance partners, safety and security vendors, and outside contractors.
SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Acts as liaison between Church entities, ministries, and facilities teams to support and enhance programs and activities.
Receives manages and processes PCO system calendaring activities. Problem solves.
Provides physical setup and breakdown for ministries and operations.
Serves as Workers Comp coordinator.
Leads campus safety team. Ensure safety standards are followed throughout the campus; conduct safety training, and maintain records.
Ensures compliance for insurance and W-9 reporting for outside staff, contractors, vendors
Maintains assets tracking, including keys and electronics.
Coordinates emergency preparedness on campus.
Develops and maintains relationships with community partner ministries.
Serves as a member of the IT team.
In collaboration with facilities and custodial staff teams, maintain physical space, ensuring a safe, clean and functional environment.
Provides administrative oversight and support to the campus-wide phone system.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
A faithful follower of Jesus preferred
Minimum two years related experience.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Problem solver with tactful communication skills.
She has demonstrated the ability to innovate and support change.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software necessary to create and maintain reports, logs, and calendars.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods are standing and walking throughout campus facilities.
Must be able to lift, transport, and set up equipment to 30 pounds
Must be able to bend, lift, stretch, climb, and crawl to maintain equipment and buildings and support events and activities.
Extensive walking on 16 acres campus required.
Must be able to perform work in a variety of weather conditions.
Must have a clean, current DMV record
DOJ background clearance required
Must adhere to and model PCC’s Safe Church policies
WORKWEEK
This job is Full-time with an average of 40 hours per week.
This position will be expected to work on Sundays and occasional Saturdays and evenings.
