Area/Program Focus: Mental Health and Violence Prevention

Position Summary: This position has primary responsibility for responsible for quality management and the technical aspects of managing grants and contracts including execution, delivery, distribution and file maintenance of documents, managing timely reporting and billing functions, data monitoring and analysis, and generation of internal process and outcomes reports to support quality management. Quality management includes monitoring database compliance related to program deliverables, and continually monitoring the Department’s adherence to mental health and violence prevention best practices as defined in accreditation standards and requirements.

Reports to: Director of Mental Health

Essential Responsibilities:
Maintains strong relationships with external stakeholders and funders, representing the work of the Department and Catholic Charities as required in the course of grants and contracts management.
Manages the Department’s all technical aspects of the Department’s grants and contracts management including documents distribution and maintenance, generation of timely reports and invoices. Responsibilities include support of billing and invoicing services fulfilled by the Finance Department.
Works collaboratively with Program Staff, Communication, Finance, People & Culture and IT, to implement and manage each grant and contract. This includes responsibility for initiating and supporting database modifications as needed to track deliverables and generate evaluation and progress reports; supporting internal and external messaging (communications) and other relevant start-up tasks
Monitors and evaluates programs and services to support compliance with program deliverables, and evaluate program outputs and outcomes for both internal and external reporting. Collaborates with Program Managers to produce progress and evaluation reports.
Tracks and monitors adherence to database policies and procedures.
Supports program development and grant-writing activities by conducting best practices research and providing data needed to support funding applications.
Tracks and monitors compliance with accreditation standards.
Supports departmental and programmatic budgeting processes. Monitors expenditures as part of grants and contract management. and financial resource management activities and support of billing and invoicing services fulfilled by Finance.

Minimum Requirements:
Possesses a bachelor’s degree from an accredited professional school of social work or equivalent training and experience.
Two or more years working in human or social services.
Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and access to reliable incurred vehicle
Strongly preferred possesses of a master’s degree from an accredited professional school of social work

Preferred Qualifications:
Possesses a master’s degree from an accredited professional school of social work or equivalent training and experience.

Salary Range: $59,600-$65,560
