Our 147 year old United Church of Church church, located in the heart of San Francisco’s Chinatown, is seeking a full time, experienced senior pastor to shepherd it’s congregation. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, leading and planning a weekly worship services, teaming with our various church committees, giving counsel to our youth leaders and creating and advancing our church’s mission and vision in our community. We consider this position a “call” and not a “hired” position.
During this COVID-19 pandemic, qualified candidate must know how to use ZOOM and conduct church worship and business through this medium as the church is not meeting physically at this time.
We are a United Church of Christ church and require any non-UCC clergy to attend polity courses and hold dual standing within our denomination
