Christ Central Presbyterian Church (“Christ Central”) is seeking a Women’s Ministry Director for our church in the San Francisco Bay Area in Daly City, CA. This role will be a full-time position and will report to the Senior Pastor. This is a new role that reflects Christ Central’s long-term investment in women in our church.
This role needs someone with ideas and can take their past years of experience working with women and take initiative in creating the building blocks for a long-term Women’s ministry at Christ Central, in partnership with the pastoral staff.
The responsibilities include mentoring women leaders in the church and organizing programs to build up the relationships and maturity in the women’s community. Some of the duties will include overseeing the Women’s Ministry committee to coordinate events, counsel and mentor future leaders, and create programs that focus on spiritual maturity and growth.
