This two-part event is in collaboration between Greater Grace Church “Ladies of Grace” and Christian Hospital.
Outside the foyer is a Health Fair that will start from 10 am – 2:00 pm.
The health fair will offer the following things:
Blood pressure checks
Cholesterol Checks
A1C / Glucose Checks for those who qualify
Scheduling Mammograms for those with and without insurance
Information on Well women
Information on how and why you need a Primary Care Physician (PCP)
Inside is a service that will include a Celebration of Survivor, and it will start at 10:30 – 1:30 pm and have:
Speakers on Breast health awareness
Speakers on the need for PCP
Panel discussion Living Through Breast Cancer
Celebrating Breast Cancer Survivors (For the first 50 Breast Cancer survivors to register on Eventbrite
will receive a survivor bell) to take home.
