All About You

Under general direction, coordinates administrative and clerical support for the campus ministry department; coordinates on-campus and outside bookings for programs, events, and retreats; manages the budget and prepares financial information. Is responsible for budget and financial management for the department; monitors departmental accounts; manages standing orders; orders supplies; manages purchases requests for the department; provides comprehensive reports to department leadership. Oversees operation and hospitality of the campus ministry department spaces. Schedules, coordinates and supervises student workers.

JOB DUTIES:

Provides logistical support for the department; plans and coordinates special programs, events and retreats for the department inside and outside the University.

Coordinates administrative and student support for campus ministers and other staff.

Serves as first point of contact and public face for visitors; responds to questions; answers and screens telephone calls; maintains departmental files.

Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent; supplemented with related course work and two (2) years of related work experience.
