I. Qualifications:
1. Be at least 21 years of age.
2. Have an understanding of infants and children and their needs.
3. Be physically able to directly provide childcare and perform all tasks of childcare.
4. Possess maturity necessary to coordinate and direct the work of volunteers.
5. Certified in Infant and Child CPR and First Aid.
6. Provide references and submit to a background check.
II. Responsibilities:
1. Report directly to the Director of Christian Education (DCE).
2. Be present on Sunday mornings from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm.
3. Adhere to all current Childcare and COVID Procedures.
4. Provide childcare for additional worship services as needed, to include Ash
Wednesday, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and Christmas Eve.
III. Terms of Employment
1. Pay will be by the hour based on the number of hours submitted on the time sheet or by email to the church Administrative Secretary at the end of a pay period.
a. For 2 hours per Sunday (10:30 am - 12:30 pm) or 4 hours per 2-week pay period
b. For special worship services, meetings, trainings, and any other events as
approved by the DCE.

COVID-19 considerations:
Common surfaces cleaned and sanitized regularly. The church follows CDC and St. Clair County Health Department guidance with regard to wearing of masks and other COVID-19 recommendations.
