St. Peter Parish-Kirkwood is hiring a full-time Director of Youth Ministry. This position works closely with the Associate Pastor to create and lead a vibrant youth ministry program at the parish level. On average, this position will entail 40 hours per week, although some periods during the year will require more involvement due to the nature of retreats, conferences, etc. Therefore, flexibility will be required in order to meet the diverse nature of these events.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, team building, budget/fiscal management, project management, computer and social media savviness, strong work ethic, and a passion for leading young Catholics in their relationship with Jesus Christ. The leader must be a practicing Catholic who is faithful to all that the Church holds to be true.
