Organization Profile
The Mail and Print Services team provides photocopying, printing and paper processing, mail and package sending and receiving, and loading dock services to the LCMS, Concordia Plan Services and the LCMS Foundation. The team also provides mail and package delivery services to The Lutheran Church Extension Fund.
Mail and Print Services functions as a part of a group of service organizations that collaborate to maximize their collective stewardship.
Reporting Relationships
This position:
Reports to the Manager of Mail and Print Services
Functions as a member of the collective services team.
Essential Job Function
Primary responsibilities include:
Delivering packages and mail.
Collecting delivery confirmation sigatures.
Basic receiving of packages and related loading dock duties.
Delivering office supplies including paper.
Education and Experience
High School graduate minimum - trade school training desired.
One year of mail room experience in a mid-size or larger organization desired.
Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
General computer operating ability including Microsoft Office products is desired.
