General Description
As the leader of our technical team at Concord Church, you will oversee all technical aspects of
our services. This includes planning, set-up, operation, and maintenance of audio, video, and
lighting equipment for worship services. The Technical Director will coordinate volunteers as
needed for Sunday morning services and special events. This position will have a strong
emphasis on four main areas 1) Front of house sound, 2) Pro-Presenter set-up and operation,
3) Capturing and mixing live digital broadcast, and 4) Overall stage design and creative
elements.
Necessary Qualifications
Strong capabilities with the latest version of Pro-Presenter
Live sound mixing, gain structure, equalization, effects, compression
Understanding of LED lighting fixtures, DMX control, and lighting design
Experience with video presentation hardware, signal flow, and ProPresenter7
Experience managing video cameras, video recordings, and video switching
Knowledge of live broadcasts
Ability to work well with volunteers
Preferred Skills
Managerial experience
Musical ability on one or more instruments
A Bachelor's degree in a related field
