Summary & Essential Responsibilities

The Video Team Project Coordinator will organize the numerous parts of a project assigned to the Video Team and make sure it runs smoothly.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
General Scope:
Oversee Video Request and Delivery Process through Asana (assignments, scheduling, pre-production assistance, time management)
ENG Checkout Process (Video requests, prep/pack gear, inspect/store gear, maintenance)
Master Production Calendar: constant working 12 week calendar with weekly assignment plan. Identify future projects (6 months out) and initiate process where needed. Crew schedules: daily work hours, shoots, coverage

Establish Master Timeline for Project Completion:
Start Date
Shoots
Design
Editing
Approval Window
Delivery Date

Shoots:
Assign producer/videographer
Create Video Shoot Form (one page with all vital info regarding the shoot)
Coordinate dates with Requestor, Talent, Facility, & Crew
Assist Producer with sets/props items; all scheduling and permissions

Design & Graphics Elements:
Producer initiates request with Graphics Dept
Producer handles approval process
Coordinates approval window/delivery schedule with Graphics dept., follow up with Producer/Graphics Dept to keep on schedule

Editing:
Assign producer and/or editor
Create Post Production Timeline (edit begin, design delivery, approval window, final delivery)
Regular follow-up to avoid/solve bottlenecking (daily progress report if needed)

Nicole Crank Show:
If filmed in STL be on set helping make sure that the producer’s notes are being followed for the episode and all shots are captured.
Upload footage to Framio for the producer’s to make notes and the google drive for the editors.
Stay in communication with the Producer’s and editors to make sure they have everything they need from us to make the season a success.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment (routinely uses standard office equipment)

Physical Demands
Office time is mostly a sedentary role (stationary at desk and working on a computer); during services and events, must have high energy for multiple hour segments.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
The weekly schedule will include 25 hours per week and will be the same every week. In addition to your regular weekly hours you will be asked to participate in events that will occasionally include evening or weekend hours, as there are continual seasons where it will be necessary to exceed these minimum hours (i.e., Christmas, Easter, Strategic Planning, are just some examples and do not encompass all of the extended hours opportunities). These hours can/will fluctuate.

Sunday: Off (Other than Sunday Service Post Tech 11:10-11:30)

Monday: As Needed

Tuesday: 8:00AM – 3:00PM

Wednesday: 8:00AM – 3:00PM

Thursday: 8:00AM – 3:00PM

Friday: Off

Saturday: Off

Travel
Campus to campus local travel may be expected for this position.

Required Education and Experience

Level of experience: Intermediate (practical application)
3+ years of ministry experience

Preferred Education and Experience

Understanding of video equipment and environment preferred.
