Job Description
- Provide leadership and creative vision for the weekend service.
- Program and build the worship service weekly.
- Schedule, direct and orient artists and musicians.
- Organize rehearsals: prepare music, schedule and run rehearsals weekly.
- Ensure service content is accurate and excellent.
- Lead an engaging worship service as the primary worship leader.
- Audition new volunteers for band, worship leading and vocal team members, etc.
- Along with pastoral staff, provide pastoral care for the congregation and the team.
- Follow up with guests.
- Participate in special events, concerts, funerals, videos and recorded music projects.

Pay: $12,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
