Full Job Description

This is a part-time (25 hours) position as Administrative Assistant/bookkeeper in North Fairmount. Office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am – 3pm.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for ensuring that the daily administrative tasks, record keeping, bookkeeping and handling of money. The successful candidate will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, a pleasant and friendly demeanor, the ability to multi task, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office, have strong computer skills, and able to operate standard office equipment. Candidates must be able to maintain confidentiality in all matters and exhibit a Christian attitude in all dealings with parishioners and staff members. All employees must be in compliance with the Decree of Child Protection.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
