Overall Purpose

Under the institutional advancement manager's general direction, Key responsibilities include database management, event implementation, and assisting in producing print and electronic marketing materials.

Educational and Experiential Criteria:

  • A bachelor's degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite essential, donor software a plus
  • Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse staff, volunteers, and the community to further our mission.
  • Desire to work as a team member.
  • Experience working in an office setting.
  • Commitment to advancing the mission and vision of Catholic Charities
  • Practicing Roman Catholic preferred.

Responsibilities:

Database Management

  • Core responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy of the donor database by entering and updating information.
  • Provides timely donor gift acknowledgments and pledge reminders.
  • Generates donor reports.
  • Work closely with the finance department with reports, deposits, and fundraising events.

Marketing

  • Assists in producing print and electronic newsletters.
  • Assist in creating collateral pieces (i.e., brochures, invitations, flyers, event booklets)

Additional Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Institutional Advancement Department
  • Assist at all special events.
  • Be part of the Institutional Advancement Team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
