Responsibilities:
Run video livestream on Sunday mornings, including but not limited to:
· Oversee and provide technical support for weekly worship services, live streaming of Sunday services, special services, programs, funerals, and wedding.
· Manage and provide training for audio visual staff and volunteers
· Prepare for service by coordinating with pastors and service musicians
· Power up AV booth equipment (including, cameras, mics, projector, monitors, sound board, computers, lights, and all other AV equipment)
· Import and order weekly streaming service slides for each service (vMix)
· Ensure proper set-up streaming keys for each service
· Manage/run Sunday service livestream, including but not limited to monitoring and adjusting audio for livestream, framing and selecting camera shots, troubleshooting as needed.
· Running slides
· Troubleshoot/repair AV and streaming problems and/or report needed repairs in a timely manner.
· Run video livestream for special services and offer AV support as needed.
· Other duties as assigned under the direction of the Communications Manager.
Maintaining audio/visual equipment
· Ensure proper shut down of AV system after every use.
· Ensure all equipment is properly stored after every use.
· Make equipment update suggestions, ensuring that livestreaming is complete with quality picture and sound.
· Maintain streaming computer.
· Other duties as assigned under the direction of the Communications Manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
· 1+ years of practical experience within audio, visual, production, and/or planning environments.
· Have experience with audio and video technology with the ability to manage the weekly livestreamed services, Sundays 7:30am-1pm (times may vary).
· Must be organized with the ability to train others and able to work both independently and with teams.
