ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops, evaluates and enhances systems and support structures for Breakthrough Ministry processes alongside the Sr. Director.
  • Oversees the logistics and project plans of the ministry's events to include Ministry Prayer Training, Prophetic Prayer and Communion Nights, Cincinnati School of Supernatural Ministry (CSSM) classes, equipping nights, Holy Spirit Nights, as well as any additional classes/events that may be added.
  • Oversees and delegates administrative support for Breakthrough Ministry events and follow-up care to Centralized Administrative Coordinator(s) and other high-capacity volunteers.
  • Manage and oversee monthly Breakthrough Ministry Newsletter.
  • Maintains and monitors all ministry area inventory level needs, reordering when necessary.
  • Attends Staff, Team, and Rock Users Group/Admin Meetings.
  • Trained in “the Rock” to ensure accurate implementation of events needs to include, but not limited to: event dates on public calendar accurately reflected; room, tech needs and appropriate resources requested and registration links and system established.
  • Monitors budgets throughout the year and oversees processes on behalf of the ministry to comply with Financial Services standards and time lines.
  • Generates, maintains, and shares all ministry reporting documents.
  • Advises and supports the Sr. Dir. of Breakthrough Ministry in creating and maintaining systems that equip the people to live naturally supernatural lives and help awaken others to Holy Spirit activity in our city.
  • Resolve problems; build relationships and encourage a fun, healthy and inviting atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with the media and marketing team for ministry events, promotions and planning.
  • Creatively and proactively contribute to team meetings and projects.
  • Actively participate in training and development opportunities as scheduled and/or requested.
