JOB SUMMARY
The Connections Project Manager is responsible for the execution of tasks that enable the connections team to function. Although specific activities may vary, the Project Manager can expect their work to include: Multisite and Site Directors in planning and execution of weekly work and projects.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with the Multisite Connections Director and management team to set and/or implement processes, systems, and to follow through with implementation.
  • Assisting in scheduling, buffering, and prioritizing and organizing daily.
  • Lead meeting and event preparation ( RSVPs, food, agenda, print materials, etc.) Maintains and communicates project timelines to site staff.
  • Direct workflow for Project Teams.
  • Manage relationships with key vendors
  • Streamline and create processes in the multisite world which directly affect the site.
  • Create reports, communication and events to support.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.

Experience / Skills Requirements:

  • Cast vision to volunteers so they understand how performing the task fits into the bigger Crossroads vision.
  • Develop authentic ongoing relationships with leaders and volunteers of ministry teams and their administrative teams.
  • Work collaboratively with all ministries and site team.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Organized, disciplined with priorities, meticulous attention to detail, able to lead projects.
  • Experience with Mac/PC, Internet Explorer, and Google Docs.

Physical Requirements:

  • Performs effectively under pressure, and against strict time constraints.
  • Must be able to walk up to 5 miles, standing, climbing, lifting, pulling, and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, and stooping as duties required.
  • Must be able to lift up 25 to 50 lbs.

Scheduling / Travel Requirements:

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends and other high impact events at Crossroads.
  • Visit Crossroads Locations on Sundays
