JOB SUMMARY

The Experience Coordinator is responsible for the communication of weekend outlines, implementation of elements, and any needed support for Site Directors to lead effective weekends. Although specific activities may vary, they can expect their work to include: Supporting the Crossroads Students Director of Experience, in the planning and execution of weekend service elements, helping communicate to sites on weekends, receiving and implementing weekend feedback from sites, and reporting that feedback to creative teams to be implemented as needed. Work can also include travel to various sites as needed. This person directly reports to the Crossroads Student Director of Experiences

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Crossroads Students Executive Producer.
  • Help in the design of Planning Center Outline for live services.
  • Attend the weekly Production Meeting and help finalize the weekend outline.
  • Share and communicate where to find weekend assets (videos/graphics/talking points) with site teams as they become available.
  • Ensure deliverables are ready to be shared at Production Meeting.
  • Acquire and assess feedback from weekends (with Site Producers) and confer with creative and site teams as needed.
  • Help communicate to the site producer team on weekends in real time as services progress.
  • Help lead and facilitate a team of Broadcast Support volunteers.
  • Supports the Site Producer team with questions and miscellaneous needs throughout the week.
  • Work with Studio/Site Social team to ensure weekend talking points and assets are clear and set ahead of time.
  • Develop key volunteers to assist in roles when needed.
  • Communicate regularly with the video team around in-room content.
  • Collaborate with Oakley Site Director and team providing input and creative guidance as the Broadcast site.
  • Encourage accurate and consistent use of Crossroads culture components including mission and vision, target audience, language, and branding.
  • Carry out additional tasks and assignments as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience/ Skills Requirements
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Working knowledge of Google Apps – Gmail, Documents, Sheets, Presentations
  • Project Management experience preferred.
  • Creative problem solver and builder.
  • An interest in improving technical skills and work processes.
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent people skills.

Physical Requirements:

Performs effectively under pressure, and against strict time constraints.
Must be able to walk up to 5 miles, standing, climbing, lifting, pulling, and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, and stooping as duties required.
Must be able to lift up 25 to 75 lbs.

Scheduling / Travel Requirements: Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and other high-impact events at Crossroads Students; willing to travel to all student ministry sites as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
