Expert knowledge of Google's GSuite - Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc

(intense, fast paced, competing priorities, etc) Must commit to expectations in the Crossroads' I Promise document, including using the Bible as the ultimate standard of truth, practicing spiritual disciplines, and pursuing personal purity

Performs effectively under pressure and against strict time constraints

Must be able to lift 25 to 50 lbs

This is a weekday, business hours role that also occasionally requires serving in events at Crossroads like Christmas, Easter, Super Bowl, etc
Responsibilities
•
This person will assist in providing communication and technical support to staff, provide administrative support to team leaders and overall support of the Digital Ministry Solutions Team
•
Full-time Helps develop and disseminate communications from DMS to the rest of the organization Helps build and maintain an intranet page for DMS Trains and becomes an expert on the Church Management System Assists in resolving tickets received from the Service Desk Manages and processes DMS's vendor invoices, budget tracking, and product investment tracking Manages and processes team leaders' expense reports and calendars Helps plan and manage DMS events Coordinates team business travel needs Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Expert knowledge of Google's GSuite - Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc
