POSITION SUMMARY
This position will oversee our ministry to children from birth through age 4. This person will provide loving care and interaction with babies and toddlers and provide a trustworthy presence for their parents. The ECCP will work with volunteers to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for our children.

RESPONSIBILITIES & OBJECTIVES
- The Early Childhood Care Provider will provide nursery care during the 9:30 Sunday School hour and during the 11:00 Worship Service.
- Will provide nursery care at Wednesday Night programming from 6 to 8 pm.
- Will manage the nursery space, working with other church leaders to ensure its cleanliness and safety.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
∙ Demonstrated spiritual maturity and vibrant faith in Jesus Christ that invites accountability for their walk with Christ
∙ Strong interpersonal and communication skills in working with people of all ages
∙ High school diploma
∙ Possesses knowledge and skills for the job
∙ 1+ years of experience working with children and volunteers
∙ Organized and able to prioritize responsibilities each week
∙ Physically healthy enough to lift 20 pounds
∙ Detail oriented, reliable, flexible, timely, trustworthy, resourceful and a self-motivator ∙Ability to equip and empower volunteers in absence
WORKING CONDITIONS, EXPECTATIONS & ARRANGEMENTS
∙ This role will involve working Sunday mornings from 9:15-12:15 and Wednesday evenings from
5:45-8:15, a total of 5.5 hours per week.
∙ This role may require working additional hours as needed at normal hourly wage.
Pay: $12-15 per hour depending on experience, with performance-based raises once annually.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Weekend availability
