JOB SUMMARY
Crossroads Church is a thriving, multi-site community of people who meet (in person and digitally) all over the country. Based out of Cincinnati, OH, Crossroads has been a welcoming place for people seeking God since 1995. The Experience Producer leads and executes the weekend service experience and other live Crossroads experiences as needed. Projects will be assigned and determined based on the need for creative direction, creative production, budget management or implementation, production timelines, communication, and collaboration with different teams or ministry departments.

Supervises: The Experience site project team which can include Worship Leader, Stage and Lighting Manager, Technical Director, and Front of House Engineer as well as contractors and volunteers. Also supervises other project teams as assigned.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create immersive environments in which people can begin to be transformed by God’s truth and presence.
  • Participate in the creation of key events at site supporting Crossroads’ overall mission, vision and goals.
  • Project manages key events at site assisting stakeholders in discovering objective and employing execution.
  • Collaborate with team to ensure technical elements of experience are understood and ready to execute.
  • Effectively communicate mission by providing context & story around experience objective & audience.
  • Encourage accurate and consistent use of Crossroads culture components including mission and vision, target audience, language, and branding.
  • Execute weekend service experience in coordination with sound engineer, light technician, technical director, and community pastor and worship leader.
  • Ensure seamless transitions between live and recorded elements by clearly communicating outline objectives and cueing service progressions.
  • Equip and encourage community pastor or other communicators by providing constructive feedback around community pastor messaging, teaching points and overall campus rapport.
  • Work hours include Crossroads’ office hours as well as various weekends and evenings.
  • Carry out additional project tasks and assignments as needed.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.

Experience/ Skills Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Organized, disciplined with priorities, meticulous attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Google web platform and willingness to learn other software tools as needed.
  • Experience with Mac/PC, and Internet.

Physical Requirements:

  • Performs effectively under pressure, and against strict time constraints.
  • Must be able to walk up to 5 miles, standing, climbing, lifting, pulling, and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, and stooping as duties required.
  • Must be able to lift up 25 to 75 lbs.

Scheduling / Travel Requirements:

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends and other high impact events at Crossroads.
  • This role will primarily be located at the East Side and Oakley sites; Must be able to travel to all Crossroads sites for occasional events.
