Job Responsibilities

  • Design, print and production
  • Developing concepts, graphics and layouts to work in print, social channels, and marketing outlets
  • Preparing rough drafts of material based on agreed briefs
  • Creatively extending brands out while carrying the voice, tone, and look of the Crossroads brand (yes, sometimes this even means creating pithy soda machine signs)
  • Should be able to clearly communicate and talk through design decisions based on the asset creation

Qualifications

  • Experience with graphic design
  • Knowledge and experience in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop and ability to use AfterEffects to create simple animations in order to push files to social media channels

Critical Qualities

  • Teachable and hard working
  • Willing to learn new skills and be able to translate design to be used on social media AND in room Crossroads LED experiences
