SUMMARY

This position is responsible for executing ministry efforts on behalf of the Hispanic Ministry in coordination with other Vineyard Cincinnati staff and volunteer teams. This role will be responsible for managing administrative and ministry related tasks under the supervision of the Director & Pastor of the Hispanic Ministry. This position will coordinate volunteer, outreach and media (content) development. This role supports the Vineyard’s role in reaching the people of Cincinnati into a relationship with Jesus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute administrative tasks to support Hispanic Ministry.
Maintain knowledge and skills for reporting and database systems for tracking volunteer numbers.
Maintain records and reports of first time visitors, registrations for events, next steps referrals. Update the Rock accordingly.
Setup and maintain ministry files and keep correspondence and reports available for efficient operation of the ministry and for future reference needs.

Volunteer Support & Translation Needs

Communicate information and provide materials/resources to small group volunteer leaders in a timely and effective manner.
Assist with coordination of Ministry related events as requested by the pastor.
Coordinate the responsibilities for all aspects of written translation and simultaneous interpretation.

Media Support

Assist with coordinating execution of the following platforms: Interactio, Streamyard, Canva, Basecamp, Planning Center Online, social media platforms and website.
Coordinate with the Media ministry to ensure all necessary content related to our ministry area is up to date.
Responsible for coordinating with the Media Department regarding all promotional needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION Associate in Ministry or related

EXPERIENCE Bi lingual - English/Spanish required.

3 years minimum in event/program/volunteer coordination
