Qualifications

3-5 years of marketing experience
•
A self-starter but thrives on a team
•
Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios
•
Exceeds at building and maintaining relationships
•
Ability to write within the Crossroads tone and voice
•
Exceptional at setting expectations, planning, and delivering on commitments
•
Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends when needed
•
Must commit to expectations detailed in the “I Promise” document, including using the bible as the ultimate standard of truth, practicing spiritual disciplines and pursuing personal purity
•
Must be able to lift up 25 to 50 lbs
Responsibilities
•
This role is part planning, part project management, and part execution
•
This person will help to develop and execute marketing plans and projects as set forth by the Integrated Studio Producer
•
Role reports to Marketing Lead
•
Work with the marketing strategist to create a plan for assigned marketing initiatives
•
Plan, coordinate and manage the execution of marketing campaigns and projects as assigned
•
Coordinate tasks among all team members assigned work on a campaign or project to ensure proper workflow
•
Collaborate with the Insights team and Integrated Marketing Analyst to evaluate campaigns and create reports that are actionable
•
Manage vendor relationships as needed
•
Perform a variety of marketing tasks such as social media, copywriting, content publishing and email marketing
•
Build relationships with client team members
•
Participate in church-wide event marketing as needed
•
These events could include things like Super Bowl, Easter or GO Local, and require working some evenings or weekends
•
Typically Monday through Friday work schedule
