Qualifications:
- Certified Lay Pastor (CLP) 2 or higher (Master of Divinity, or MDIV, preferred)
- Ordained in the Evangelical Covenant Order of Presbyterians (ECO) or desire to be ordained in ECO
- 5 years demonstrated leadership experience
- Agreement with ECO Essential Tenants and ECO polity
