Christ’s Church is looking for a Prep Coordinator to purchase and assemble the supplies needed for children’s ministry each week. This is a part-time position offering 10-15 hours per week at the rate of $14 per/hour
The Prep Coordinator will:
· Meet regularly with the CC Kids Director to plan for the curriculum needs for each month.
· Access the curriculum materials online and make changes as needed for Christ’s Church specific needs.
· Order or attain by shopping, the supplies needed for each month according to the curriculum and the plans made with the Director.
· Manage a team of volunteers to assemble in weekly packages the supplies needed for each group by week.
· Create an organizational structure for all supplies (curriculum & event)
· Maintain organization of all supplies
· Create an inventory of all supplies with locations clearly labeled
· Recruit & train Prep volunteer team
· Attend event planning meetings as needed.
· Assist with supplies for special events & holidays.
Qualifications
· Experience with Microsoft Office 365 software products
· Microsoft Excel
· Organizational skills
- Shall be a Biblically based & spirit filled Christian, ascribing to the vision and beliefs of Christ’s Church at Mason.
- Be a stable, mature, and growing Christian with an exemplary personal marital and family life (if applicable).
- Have a sound knowledge of Scripture and apply Scriptural principles in all areas of ministry.
Working Hours
· Part-time
· 10-15 hours total per week
· Flexible days, 10 – 12 hours Monday – Friday between 9 am to 5 pm
Staff Relationship
· Must be loyal to the CCM and its staff.
· Faithful in Worship, Stewardship and Serving outside of ministry responsibilities.
· Faithful to Staff expectations and covenants.
· Display willingness to help in times of special emphasis.
· Have a deep commitment to being a team player and team builder.

Pay: $14.00 per hour
