About this event
Once a year, we gather select leaders from every sector to discuss where we've been and what's ahead in the coming year. We're praying that we can do it in person, but we'd love to see you there either way!
A majority of our time will be spent in small and large group discussions, but every year we have a local government figure share their perspective on the state of DFW, their priorities, and their perception of the Church's impact. This year we'll hear from Anna Blake. She just wrapped up an almost 2-year tenure at the state level leading the Faith-Based and Community Engagement Department for Texas' Department of Family and Protective Services. Having come from a background in the church, nonprofit, and private sectors focused on mental health and child welfare, she entered state government with a passion and vision and is excited to share what she learned.
Other highlights include:
Insights about local churches' community engagement you can't get anywhere else.
An update on the ad campaigns has connected almost 6,000 neighbors with 120 nearby churches.
The release of Unite's new Community Impact Model.
Free tools to help you engage your community well.
And how all this together represents lasting transformation.
