ROLE: Administrative Assistant to Operations

REPORTS TO: Director of Operations

WORK HOURS: FULL-TIME, WEEKDAYS

WHOM WE SEEK:

We are seeking an energetic, self-starting individual to join Saint Michael and All Angels as the Administrative Assistant to Operations. As part of our operations team, you will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including clergy, staff, lay leaders, and vendors, ensuring smooth, efficient operations. Our ideal candidate has a wide range of applicable skills, from strong computer proficiency with the Microsoft 365 productivity suite to attention to detail with data entry tasks. In this role, you may juggle multiple projects simultaneously, necessitating time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Director of Operations with IT vendor management including communication with our IT vendor on the coordination of new hardware, computer set ups, set up training, and other IT related issues
  • Assist the Director of Operations with HR duties including new hire set up and new hire on-boarding
  • Assist the Director of Operations with campus related projects
  • Assist with the coordination of the Safeguarding God’s Children program including user set up, communicating required training to users, and tracking renewal requirements
  • Assist with the coordination of Columbaria Management including managing applications, ordering niche plaques and communicating necessary information for memorial/funeral services
  • Assist facilities and parish life staff if available

CORE COMPETENCIES:

  • Capable of working swiftly and accurately
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Prior administrative experience is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
