Santa Clara of Assisi Catholic Academy is looking for an Administrative Assistant who will coordinate admissions and the lunch program. Duties include the following:
- Maintain the FACTS RenWeb Database management of prospective families and current families
- Assist prospective families’ movement through the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment
- Prepare admission materials
- Coordinate enrollment outreach efforts
- Manage all admission events, tours, and visits for perspective families
- Educate and guide all families on availability, process, and procedures for available tuition assistance opportunities
- Organize recruiting events at area parishes
- Complete and maintain all required forms for participation in the school free/reduced lunch program
- Oversee compliance with lunch program mandates and requirements
- Work with the kitchen manager to place food orders with vendors.
- Assist with covering the front office as needed

- Occasional evenings or weekends
- Bilingual (strongly preferred)
