Santa Clara of Assisi Catholic Academy is looking for an Administrative Assistant who will coordinate admissions and the lunch program. Duties include the following:

  • Maintain the FACTS RenWeb Database management of prospective families and current families
  • Assist prospective families’ movement through the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment
  • Prepare admission materials
  • Coordinate enrollment outreach efforts
  • Manage all admission events, tours, and visits for perspective families
  • Educate and guide all families on availability, process, and procedures for available tuition assistance opportunities
  • Organize recruiting events at area parishes
  • Complete and maintain all required forms for participation in the school free/reduced lunch program
  • Oversee compliance with lunch program mandates and requirements
  • Work with the kitchen manager to place food orders with vendors.
  • Assist with covering the front office as needed

Job Requirements
Requirements:

  • Occasional evenings or weekends
  • Bilingual (strongly preferred)
