Church Partnership Coordinator

Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships with partner churches from admissions to graduation.
Coordinate with Registrar on scheduling of courses.
Ensure all students are registered for the correct number of hours, Spiritual Formation, and Internships.
Contact students to remove holds before the registration date.
Collect grades and other materials in a timely manner.
Plan special events for Church Partnership residencies and recruitment for new students.
Visit each partner church once a year.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to work with a variety of age-groups.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Possess a shepherd’s heart for God’s people.
Demonstrates godly character and discretion with sensitive student information.
Be flexible and willing to have their work interrupted.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
Current or previous graduate work at DTS
Experience in ministry or church

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Clear handwriting for degree audits and note cards.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
