Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including typing, filing, report preparation and distribution, answering phones, and appointment scheduling
- Lead client communication which includes online chat, baby birth calls, client follow-up, and maintain/answer the client inbox
- Maintain prayer push notifications sending prayer alerts and updates
- Open and/or close PPC Richardson
- Maintain center waiting room, client rooms and reception area
- Maintain PPC client databases and keep information updated
- Become trained as a Health Navigator and see clients when needed to assist in the application for government assistance
- Assist with event set up, execution and clean up
- Assist the PPC Director of Advancement & Marketing in promotion and networking opportunities.
- Support Director of Client Services with clients as needed assisting in pregnancy testing and client advocacy
- Provide information, feedback, and suggestions to enhance client experience
- Provide oversight to the facility and clean
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations, maintain client confidentiality
- Model excellence in all areas
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as an active member of a Bible believing and preaching ministry
- Pro-life in word and pro-love in action
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills a plus
- Some college, degree preferred
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Basic to intermediate skills with Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate in Spanish desired
- Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays
Physical Requirements for this position include sitting, standing, stooping, reaching, use of cleaning products, driving and loading/unloading vehicle, moving portable tables and chairs to set up classrooms
