We seek Christ-centered professionals who want to join a team of disciplined and talented superstars committed to working together to accomplish our mission. The Customer Service Coordinator will support the Pathway to Victory ministry by engaging with our donors to meet their needs via phone, email, and written correspondence.

Serve donors to meet their needs with the ministry primarily by phone, email, and mail.
Able to manage a high volume of inbound calls and inquiries from donors
Serve donors by taking custom orders for ministry resources to increase revenue for the ministry
Answer questions from donors and provide information about ministry resources
Receive and update donors' account information such as credit card information, mailing address, mailing preferences, etc.
Research, problem-solving, and communicate concerns or problems with donors, fulfillment, and the website
Assist with cleaning up the database and donor accounts
Read and reply to USPS written communications received and any returned mail
Communicate with the Donor Financial Coordinator for accounting assistance
All other duties as assigned by the Minister of Broadcast, the Director of Marketing, and the Donor Engagement Associate

Professional & Education (Certifications or Licenses)

Fully committed to the Senior Pastor, Executive Pastor, and overall church ministry
Embody the Green Team Characteristics and work according to Operating Principles
Detail-oriented, self-starter with excellent time management
Strong communication and listening skills are necessary for both written and verbal, for interoffice and outside contact
Ability to work well with others and as a team player
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Some college-level coursework is preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, and bend for prolonged periods
Ability to lift and move up to approximately 25-pound boxes – 10% to 20% of the time
