The Database Administrator will be responsible for fulfillment for Pathway to Victor (PTV) broadcast ministry and for data entry.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Consistently follow established policies and procedures for all aspects of data entry and export processes as well as maintaining and shepherding CRM policies and procedures.
Produce the order and label export each day and produce the printed labels internally as well as uploading orders to a 3rd-party fulfillment center
Implement maintenance schedules to assure database integrity. Provide quality control for daily imports and record keeping.
Provide training for new users.
Develop written materials/documentation for all gift entry processes including constituent addition and update.
Assist with confidential research for update of business information, including contact persons for “primary contact” on business records.
Assist in development of report design and queries for mailings/invitations/lists.
Maintain schedule for duplicate check and removal.
Work with confidential information in a professional and responsible manner
Perform all other duties assigned by the Director of Marketing

Ability to work extensive hours on a computer screen Ability to stand, walk, bend and stretch for prolonged periods of time.

Professional & Education (Certifications or Licenses)

Fully committed to the Senior Pastor, Executive Pastor, and overall church ministry
Embody the Green Team Characteristics and work according to Operating Principles
Associate Degree preferred or at least five years of commensurate experience
Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and with repetitive processes is required
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
Requires the ability to think creatively, analytically and manipulate data through queries to produce reports and lists
Polished telephone, interpersonal, and writing skills
