The Director of PTV Operations is responsible for directing the overall operational function of Pathway to Victory. This includes oversight of four primary areas: finances, logistics, internal/external customer service, and website functionality.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Cultivate a team environment to serve the organization’s overall mission by inspiring collaborative efforts among the Operations team and empowering individuals to achieve goals
Create and effectively manage the operations budget of PTV. Perform expense analysis and forecasting, resulting in proposed cost savings recommendations, ensuring the team has the proper funding to achieve ministry objectives while staying within the approved budget.
Proactively provide the Minister of Communications and Broadcast with recommendations on a financial strategy based on performance evaluation and forecasting, taking into consideration internal and external factors impacting projected donations and expenses.
Supervise the logistics team to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of ministry resources while maintaining effective inventory control systems
Lead the internal and external customer service team to effectively serve donors
Work with our external web developers to monitor and maintain the functionality of the ptv.org website (giving platform, technical connections with database, etc.)
Work efficiently and effectively with other departments within First Dallas to streamline processes, and micro-communicate necessary information regarding database management, contracts, budget changes, resource management, etc.
Perform all other duties assigned by the Minister of Communications and Broadcast

Must possess characteristics that reflect a person of faith and a lifestyle of biblical integrity
Fully committed to the Senior Pastor, Executive Pastor, and overall church leadership

Professional & Education (Certifications or Licenses)

Embody the Green Team Characteristics and work according to Operating Principles
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is preferred or related field
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, with 5 years serving in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of maintaining budgets and effectively reducing expenses
Proficiency in operational management systems (warehousing, purchasing, transportation, inventory, etc.)
Knowledge of inventory and inventory control practices; high degree of accuracy and attention to detail; commitment to our ministry mission
Excellent communication skills; proven written and oral presentation skills, and strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated time and project management skills
High level of integrity and ability to work with confidential information
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, financial, warehouse management, and inventory control software. (Prior experience in Shelby and Aegis is a plus)

Physical

Must have the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment
Works in office and warehouse environment
Ability to lift to 50 pounds
Requires work schedule flexibility with occasional weekend and evening availability
