Job Duties:
Direct and supervise children's ministry with a mission of growing children toward the full stature of Christ
Deliver sermons regularly for Sunday services
Plan, coordinate and develop weekly and seasonal programs, including Sunday School, VBS, AWANA, etc.
Coordinate community outreach events and mission opportunities for children
Supervise and guide children's ministry team through recruiting, training, organizing and encouraging volunteers
Provide pastoral care and parenting educations to children and their parents.
Job Requirements
Bachelor or Master of Christian Education, Divinity or Theology
Experience in the children’s ministry is preferred
Fluency in Korean is preferred
