St. Patrick Parish is located in the Lake Highlands area of Northeast Dallas. The parish is a diverse and active community of over 2,400 parish families and includes the Parish School. The person in this position must be able to work Saturday and Sunday to meet the facility setup and maintenance needs of our weekend services and parish education/ministry programs. The Facilities technician may be required to handle minor electrical, plumbing, landscaping repairs, etc., as directed by the Facilities Manager and Parish weekend staff. In addition, this position requires walking/inspecting the entire sanctuary, parish center, and school buildings regularly.
Job Requirements
Must be able to perform routine maintenance or repair tasks.
Work professionally and effectively with parish ministries and the parish community.
Work with minimal supervision to manage multiple projects
Have a strong ability to establish work priorities
It may require lifting 25 to 40 lbs. Job duties require bending, stooping, and climbing.
