General Summary of the Position
This position will provide facility maintenance and security to building while also supervising the grounds and parking areas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Position
- Coordinate the opening and closing of the building
- Maintain building security by having visitors use the sign-in log and clear them for entrance using the Raptor system
- Direct visitors to designated areas
- Inspect facility daily and address conditions needing attention
- Assist with evacuations, accidents, falls, spills, inclement weather, etc. when needed
- Ensure Safety Environment requirements are met and report violations to management
- Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
Special Requirements:
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as needed.
Physical Requirements Specific to the Job:
- Ability to safely lift 50lbs
